Suitable for heavy-duty environments
The mechanical flow meter K150 is specifically designed to be used in contexts where a high flow rate is required, for example in those sectors that need to operate on vehicles with large tanks.
PIUSI K150 is perfect in the agricultural sector for the supply of machinery and heavy vehicles, in the logistics sector for trucks, and in the construction sector for off-road vehicles.
Laboratory tested with 4 million litres delivered, the mechanical high flow K150 ensures a flow range between 25 and 150 l/min. The K150 differs from other PIUSI flow meters, including the K44 and K33 and K33 suitable for lower flow rates and the K700 suitable for flow rates up to 220 l/min.

Among PIUSI range of mechanical flow meter, K150 BIO is the equipment specifically designed to be used in context where high flow rate is required with the dispense of BIODIESEL of any blending and origin. The K150 BIO performs the same structural properties of the K150, but greener thus it can be used when FAME biodiesel is involved. With a flow rate of 25 – 150 l/min, accuracy ±1% and repeatability 0,3% it is equipped with a nutating disk and a sturdy metallic cover that allows to install and use this mechanical meter also in heavy duty applications. Easy to use and calibrate, it is equipped with a 4-digit counter. PIUSI K33 ATEX
The PIUSI K33 ATEX product is a mechanical flow meter suitable for the monitoring of diesel, gasoline and kerosene. For non-commercial use, K33 ATEX meets the ATEX requirements for precise measurement of the quantity of Gasoline, kerosene and diesel dispensed in environments with a high risk of explosion. PIUSI K33 - K44 - Diesel version
The PIUSI K33 and K44 are mechanical flow meters suitable for the monitoring of diesel. PIUSI K33 as a mechanical flow meter has a partial indicator with 3 digits (max. 999 litres), total 6 digits, while PIUSI K44 has a partial indicator with 4 digits (max. 9999 litres), with a total of 7 digits.
PIUSI K33 BIO
K33 BIO is the ANY BIODIESEL version of the top-seller PIUSI K33. This new mechanical meter features the same sturdy construction and mechanical properties of the most famous “cousin”, but tougher as it has to resist to the different blending of biodiesel up to B100. Thus, the components are made of specific materials. Reliable and precise – with an accuracy ±1% and repeatability 0,3% - it is easy to install and calibrate. It allows to measure the dispensed quantity of Biodiesel with a flow-rate range of 20-120 l/min and with a maximum working pressure of the pump of 10 bar. This equipment is the ideal solution for the installation combined with pumps or dispensers for diesel and for all those users who need to simply monitor the quantity of fluid dispensed.
PIUSI K24 ATEX
The digital flow meter for Gasoline, kerosene and diesel meets the ATEX/IECEx requirements or the use of materials in potentially explosive atmospheres. K24 ATEX/IECEx has a sturdy aluminum body and a sealed electronic board, making it suitable for use in any working condition. The K24-A digital diesel flow meter has been designed to monitor the flow of low-viscosity fluids. Easy to install, in-line or at the end of the dispensing pipe, K24-A has a display that can be applied in various positions to facilitate reading. PIUSI K700
The PIUSI K700 is a mechanical flow meter designed for monitoring the amount of diesel dispensed. The mechanical indicator displays a partial-total with 4 digits and can show up to a maximum of 9999 litres, with a total of 7 digits. The K700 mechanical diesel flow meter has oval gears, designed to ensure precise measurement of the quantity of fuel dispensed, for medium to high flow rates, up to 220 l/min. Reliable, economical and easy to install. The K700 mechanical flow meter for diesel is equipped with a sturdy body and a mechanical display system that allows it to be used in particularly demanding environments with a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar and a maximum burst pressure resistance of 30 bar with a counting accuracy of +/- 1.5%.
