規格介紹:WIKA 111.16, 111.26 Bourdon tube pressure gauge, copper alloy
詳細介紹:
The models 111.16 and 111.26 have been specifically designed for panel mounting and therefore feature a back mount process connection.
The model 111 pressure gauges are based on the proven Bourdon tube measuring system. On pressurisation, the deformation of the Bourdon tube, proportional to the incident pressure, is transmitted to the movement via a link and indicated.

WIKA 113.13 Bourdon tube pressure gauge, copper alloy
The hydraulic pressure gauge model 113.13 is a liquid-filled mechanical pressure gauge with plastic case. The liquid filling causes damping of the internal components and contributes to an increased vibration resistance and shock resistance. The hydraulic pressure gauges are suitable for installation in machines and plants where vibrations and shocks are expected. These hydraulic gauges are based on the proven Bourdon tube measuring system. The deflection of the Bourdon tube is transmitted to a movement and indicated.
WIKA PG81HD, PG91HD Pressure gauge, DirectDrive version
The DirectDrive pressure gauges do not require a movement. The pressure element is directly connected to the pointer or acts as a pointer itself. The shape of the pressure element provides for a pointer rotation proportional to the pressure. The model PG81HD measuring element is designed in a spiral form and the model PG91HD in a helical form. The advantage of the DirectDrive version is the optimised shock and vibration resistance.
WIKA 262.50, 263.50, 262.30, 263.30 Bourdon tube pressure gauge
The models 262 and 263 are high-quality Bourdon tube pressure gauges with wetted parts from extremely corrosion-resistant Monel. The use of high-quality materials and the robust design are geared to applications in the chemical and process engineering industries with particularly aggressive acids or bases. The instrument is suitable for liquid and gaseous media, also in aggressive environments. Scale ranges of 0 ... 0.6 to 0 ... 1,000 bar [0 ... 10 to 0 ... 15,000 psi] ensure the measuring ranges required for a wide variety of applications.
WIKA 432.50, 433.50 Diaphragm pressure gauge
The model 432.50 diaphragm pressure gauge is manufactured in accordance with EN 837-3. The high-quality design is particularly suitable for applications in the chemical and petrochemical industry, oil and gas industry and power engineering. The case and wetted parts from stainless steel fulfil high requirements for resistance against aggressive media. For especially high resistance requirements, the pressure chamber of this diaphragm pressure gauge can be designed with a wide variety of special materials such as PTFE, tantalum or Hastelloy.
WIKA 113.53 Bourdon tube pressure gauge, copper alloy
WIKA manufactures and qualifies the pressure gauge in accordance with the standards EN 837-1 and ASME B40.100. As a safety function, this instrument has a blow-out device. In the event of a failure, overpressure can escape there. Due to the case filling, the pressure element and movement are efficiently damped. Therefore, these instruments are particularly suited to measuring locations with high dynamic loads, such as fast load cycles or vibrations. The cases of the model 113.53 are available in nominal sizes of 40 [1 ½"], 80 [3"] and 100 [4"] and fulfil IP65 ingress protection. With an accuracy of class 2.5, this pressure gauge is suitable for a wide range of applications in industry.
WIKA 732.31, 733.31, 732.51, 733.51 Differential pressure gauge
A high overload safety is achieved by the all-metal construction and the close-fitting design of the diaphragm measuring element. The use of high-quality stainless steel materials and the robust design are geared to applications in the chemical and process engineering industries. Thus the instrument is suitable for liquid and gaseous media, also in aggressive environments. The low-temperature version POLARgauge® allows operation with ambient temperatures down to -70 °C [-94 °F].
WIKA 732.14, 762.14 Differential pressure gauge
These differential pressure gauges are made of highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The wetted parts for these instruments are also available in special materials such as Monel or Hastelloy.
WIKA 736.51 Differential pressure gauge
The model 736.51 capsule pressure gauge is based upon the proven capsule measuring system and is suitable for very low pressures. On pressurisation, the expansion of the capsule element, proportional to the incident pressure, is transmitted to the movement and indicated. For the version with switch contact, magnetic snap-action contacts, reed switches, and electronic contacts are available. For triggering programmable logic controllers (PLC), electronic contacts and reed switches can be used.
