The model 33x.50 high-quality test gauge has been specifically designed for increased safety requirements during high-accuracy pressure measurements and is suited for calibration tasks. With an accuracy class of 0.6, the Bourdon tube pressure gauge is suitable for testing industrial type pressure gauges or for precision measurement in laboratories. For pressures ≤ 400 bar [6.000 psi] the instrument is also available with an accuracy class of 0.25.
For harsh operating conditions (e.g. vibrations), all instruments are also available with a liquid filling.
The optimal readability of the instrument, with a nominal size of 160 mm [6"], is achieved via a knife edge pointer and a dial with fine divisions. In addition, a mirror band scale can be chosen to avoid the parallax error.

The model 312.20 mechanical test gauge has been specifically designed for the measurement of pressures with high accuracy. With its high accuracy, the Bourdon tube pressure gauge is suitable for testing industrial type pressure gauges or for precision measurement in laboratories. WIKA 101.00 Bourdon tube pressure gauge, copper alloy
The model 101.00 is a Bourdon tube pressure gauge with a capillary. This instrument is based on the proven Bourdon tube measuring system. The plastic case is available in nominal sizes of 27 mm [1"] and 40 mm [1 ½"]. These instruments are particularly suitable for application in the heating industry. The suitability of the instrument was confirmed in long-term tests under characteristic application conditions. The G ¼ B standard process connection can, on request, also be completed with a plastic sealing ring at the thread. This eliminates the time-consuming and error-prone sealing during mounting.For customer-specific process connection designs, WIKA also offers the development of plastic plug connections to meet the requirement.
WIKA 111.12.027 Bourdon tube pressure gauge, copper alloy
This instrument is based on a reliable Bourdon tube measuring system. The brass measuring system guarantees low temperature influence and high measuring stability. The model 111.12.027 is available in a low-pressure version with scale ranges from 0 ... 4 to 0 ... 25 bar and in a high-pressure version from 0 ... 100 to 0 ... 400 bar. The one-piece case and process connection makes the instrument resistant to mechanical damage. This proven design is ideal for applications with compact equipment requiring built-in small pressure gauges.

Scale ranges of 0 … 10 to 0 … 30,000 psi [0 ... 0.6 to 0 ... 2,000 bar] ensure the measuring ranges required for a wide variety of applications. In the event of a failure, the operator is protected at the front side, as media or components can only be ejected via the back of the case. The glass-fibre reinforced PBT case offers the necessary stability for reproducible measurements, even under aggressive ambient conditions. With the model 233.34, the case filling in combination with a screwed-in restrictor enables use in applications with highly dynamic pressure loads and vibrations.
WIKA THM10 Bimetal thermomanometer Eco
The model THM10 thermomanometer combines the measurement of pressure and temperature in one instrument. This enables the control of both measureands at one single measuring location. The built-in measuring elements - Bourdon tube and bimetal coil - provide for reliable measuring results. By using the self-sealing shut-off valve, the measuring instrument can be dismounted at any time and without having to empty the heating circuit first. The bimetal thermomanometer is delivered with a shut-off valve as standard. WIKA manufactures and qualifies this instrument in accordance with the standards EN 837-1 and EN 13190.

The model 111 pressure gauges are based on the proven Bourdon tube measuring system. The deflection of the Bourdon tube is transmitted to a movement and indicated. Due to the high variance, the instrument is suitable for use in a wide range of applications within industry. For mounting in control panels, the pressure gauges can, depending on the process connection, be fitted with a surface mounting flange or with a triangular profile ring and mounting bracket.

WIKA 213.53 Liquid filled gauge
The liquid-filled model 213.53 mechanical Bourdon tube pressure gauge is constructed with a case from stainless steel and wetted parts from copper alloy. As a safety function, this instrument has a blow-out device. In the event of a failure, overpressure can escape there. Due to the case filling, the pressure element and movement are efficiently damped. Therefore, these instruments are particularly suited to measuring locations with high dynamic loads, such as fast load cycles or vibrations The cases of the model 213.53 are available in nominal sizes of 50 [2"], 63 [2 ½"] and 100 [4"] and fulfil IP65 ingress protection. With an accuracy of up to class 1.0, this pressure gauge is suitable for a wide range of applications in industry.
