The model PG21HD Bourdon tube pressure gauge is suitable for measuring points with high demands on the measurement accuracy, reproducibility and long-term stability. A multitude of options enables users to adapt the instruments to their specific requirements.
The model PG21HD pressure gauges are based on the proven Bourdon tube measuring system. On pressurisation, the deflection of the Bourdon tube, proportional to the incident pressure, is transmitted to the movement via a link and indicated.
The model PG21HD meets the requirements of the international industry standard EN 837-1 for Bourdon tube pressure gauges.

The modular design enables a multitude of combinations of case materials, process connections, nominal sizes and scale ranges. The model 33x.50 high-quality test gauge has been specifically designed for increased safety requirements during high-accuracy pressure measurements and is suited for calibration tasks. With an accuracy class of 0.6, the Bourdon tube pressure gauge is suitable for testing industrial type pressure gauges or for precision measurement in laboratories. For pressures ≤ 400 bar [6.000 psi] the instrument is also available with an accuracy class of 0.25. For harsh operating conditions (e.g. vibrations), all instruments are also available with a liquid filling. The optimal readability of the instrument, with a nominal size of 160 mm [6"], is achieved via a knife edge pointer and a dial with fine divisions. In addition, a mirror band scale can be chosen to avoid the parallax error.

The model 312.20 mechanical test gauge has been specifically designed for the measurement of pressures with high accuracy. For the respective measuring requirement, a scale range between 0 ... 0.6 bar and 0 ... 600 bar [0 ... 10 psi and 0 ... 10,000 psi] can be selected. WIKA 101.00 Bourdon tube pressure gauge, copper alloy
The model 101.00 is a Bourdon tube pressure gauge with a capillary. This instrument is based on the proven Bourdon tube measuring system. The plastic case is available in nominal sizes of 27 mm [1"] and 40 mm [1 ½"]. These instruments are particularly suitable for application in the heating industry. The suitability of the instrument was confirmed in long-term tests under characteristic application conditions. The G ¼ B standard process connection can, on request, also be completed with a plastic sealing ring at the thread. This eliminates the time-consuming and error-prone sealing during mounting.For customer-specific process connection designs, WIKA also offers the development of plastic plug connections to meet the requirement.
