The purely mechanical temperature transmission functions via a bimetal coil in the stem. For applications that require a measurement needing no auxiliary power, e.g. with mobile vessels, the TG58SA with liquid (case) is particularly suitable.
On the back of the case, the zero point can be easily corrected.
The TG58SA in hygienic design can be used for CIP (cleaning in place) and SIP (sterilisation in place) and in wash-down areas.
