WIKA DPGT43HP.100, DPGT43HP.160 Differential pressure gauge with output signal
Wherever the differential pressure must be indicated on site and, at the same time, a signal transmission to the central control or control room is desired, the model DPGT43HP intelliGAUGE® (patent, property right: e.g. DE 202007019025) can be used. Features: • High operating pressure (static pressure) and high overload safety, selectable up to 40, 100, 250, 400 or 650 bar • Measuring cell liquid damping against rapid pressure changes • No configuration necessary due to “plug-and-play” • QR code on dial links to instrument-specific information • Individual, non-linear characteristic curves (e.g. x2 or √x for flow measurement)
WIKA DPGT43.100, DPGT43.160 Differential pressure gauge with output signal
Wherever the process pressure has to be indicated locally and, at the same time, a signal transmission to the central control or remote centre is desired, the model DPGT43 intelliGAUGE® (patent, property right: e.g. DE 202007019025) can be used. Features: • No configuration necessary due to “plug-and-play” • Signal transmission per NAMUR • Differential pressure measuring ranges from 0 … 16 mbar or 0 ... 10 inH2O • Individual, non-linear characteristic curves (e. g. x2 or √x for flow measurement) • QR code on dial links to instrument-specific information
WIKA 712.15.100, 732.15.100 Differential pressure gauge
These high-quality gauges are characterised by their compact and robust design and are primarily used for level measurement on liquid gas tanks. With 11 different measuring cells all usual tank sizes in cryotechnology are covered. As a result of the large measuring range overlap of the respective measuring cells, the gauge installed on the tank can be adjusted to match a whole variety of gases such as Ar, O2, N2 or CO2, with a full-scale deflection over a complete 270 degree sweep. Features: • Differential pressure measuring ranges from 0 … 80 mbar to 0 ... 1725 mbar • High working pressure (static pressure) of 50 bar • Overpressure safety either side up to 50 bar • Very compact design • Optionally compact valve manifold with working pressure indication
WIKA 712.15.160, 732.15.160 Differential pressure gauge
These high-quality differential pressure gauges are notable for their compact and robust design and are primarily used for level measurement on liquid gas tanks. With 6 different measuring cells, all usual tank sizes in cryotechnology are covered. The large overlap in measuring ranges of the measuring cells enables the setting for gas types such as Ar, O2, N2 or CO2 over the entire scale with 270 angular degrees. Features: • Differential pressure measuring ranges from 0 … 40 mbar to 0 ... 4,000 mbar • High working pressure (static pressure) of 50 bar • Overpressure safety either side up to 50 bar • Scalable measuring ranges (maximum turndown of 1 : 3.5) • Compact valve manifold with working pressure indication (optional)
WIKA PGT23.100, PGT23.160 Bourdon tube pressure gauge with electrical output signal
Through the combination of a mechanical measuring system and electronic signal processing, the process pressure can be read securely, even if the voltage supply is lost. Features: • No configuration necessary due to “plug-and-play” • Model PGT26: wetted parts from Monel 400 (2.4360) • Measuring ranges 0 ... 0.6 bar to 0 ... 1,600 bar or 0 ... 10 to 0 ... 30,000 psi • Safety version with solid baffle wall (Solidfront) available • QR code on dial links to instrument-specific information
WIKA PGT21 Bourdon tube pressure gauge with output signal
The model PGT21 offers the usual analogue display, which enables reading the process pressure on site, and in addition an analogue output signal (4 ... 20 mA or DC 0.5 ... 4.5 V). Features: • Non-contact sensor (wear-free) • Robust stainless steel case • Nominal sizes 50 [2"] and 63 [2 ½"] • Scale ranges 0 ... 1.6 bar to 0 ... 400 bar [0 ... 30 psi to 0 ... 6,000 psi] • Analogue output signal 4 … 20 mA or DC 0.5 … 4.5 V
WIKA PGT23.063 Bourdon tube pressure gauge with output signal
Through the combination of a mechanical measuring system and precise electronic signal processing, the process pressure can be read securely, even if the power supply is lost. The safety version is made up of a non-splintering window, a solid baffle wall between measuring system and dial and a blow-out back. In the event of a failure, the operator is protected at the front side, as media or components can only be ejected via the back of the case Features: • No configuration necessary due to “plug-and-play” • Measuring ranges of up to 0 ... 1,000 bar or 0 ... 15,000 psi • Easy-to-read analogue indication with nominal size 63 • Safety version with solid baffle wall (Solidfront) designed in compliance with the requirements of EN 837-1 and ASME B40.100 • Patents and property rights, e.g. US 8030990, DE 112007000980, CN 101438333
