The model 612.20 capsule pressure gauge is based upon the proven capsule measuring system. The capsule element measurement principle is suitable for very low pressures. On pressurisation, the expansion of the capsule element, proportional to the incident pressure, is transmitted to the movement and indicated.
The modular design enables a multitude of combinations of case materials, process connections, nominal sizes and scale ranges. Due to this high variance, the instrument is suitable for use in a wide range of applications within industry.

WIKA 332.50, 333.50 Test gauge, stainless steel
The model 33x.50 high-quality test gauge has been specifically designed for increased safety requirements during high-accuracy pressure measurements and is suited for calibration tasks. With an accuracy class of 0.6, the Bourdon tube pressure gauge is suitable for testing industrial type pressure gauges or for precision measurement in laboratories. For pressures ≤ 400 bar [6.000 psi] the instrument is also available with an accuracy class of 0.25. For harsh operating conditions (e.g. vibrations), all instruments are also available with a liquid filling. The optimal readability of the instrument, with a nominal size of 160 mm [6"], is achieved via a knife edge pointer and a dial with fine divisions. In addition, a mirror band scale can be chosen to avoid the parallax error.

The model 312.20 mechanical test gauge has been specifically designed for the measurement of pressures with high accuracy. For the respective measuring requirement, a scale range between 0 ... 0.6 bar and 0 ... 600 bar [0 ... 10 psi and 0 ... 10,000 psi] can be selected. The model 101.00 is a Bourdon tube pressure gauge with a capillary. This instrument is based on the proven Bourdon tube measuring system. The plastic case is available in nominal sizes of 27 mm [1"] and 40 mm [1 ½"]. These instruments are particularly suitable for application in the heating industry. The suitability of the instrument was confirmed in long-term tests under characteristic application conditions. The G ¼ B standard process connection can, on request, also be completed with a plastic sealing ring at the thread. This eliminates the time-consuming and error-prone sealing during mounting.For customer-specific process connection designs, WIKA also offers the development of plastic plug connections to meet the requirement.

This instrument is based on a reliable Bourdon tube measuring system. The brass measuring system guarantees low temperature influence and high measuring stability. The model 111.12.027 is available in a low-pressure version with scale ranges from 0 ... 4 to 0 ... 25 bar and in a high-pressure version from 0 ... 100 to 0 ... 400 bar. The one-piece case and process connection makes the instrument resistant to mechanical damage. This proven design is ideal for applications with compact equipment requiring built-in small pressure gauges.

Scale ranges of 0 … 10 to 0 … 30,000 psi [0 ... 0.6 to 0 ... 2,000 bar] ensure the measuring ranges required for a wide variety of applications. In the event of a failure, the operator is protected at the front side, as media or components can only be ejected via the back of the case. The glass-fibre reinforced PBT case offers the necessary stability for reproducible measurements, even under aggressive ambient conditions. With the model 233.34, the case filling in combination with a screwed-in restrictor enables use in applications with highly dynamic pressure loads and vibrations.

The model THM10 thermomanometer combines the measurement of pressure and temperature in one instrument. This enables the control of both measureands at one single measuring location. The built-in measuring elements - Bourdon tube and bimetal coil - provide for reliable measuring results. By using the self-sealing shut-off valve, the measuring instrument can be dismounted at any time and without having to empty the heating circuit first. The bimetal thermomanometer is delivered with a shut-off valve as standard. WIKA manufactures and qualifies this instrument in accordance with the standards EN 837-1 and EN 13190.

The model 111 pressure gauges are based on the proven Bourdon tube measuring system. The deflection of the Bourdon tube is transmitted to a movement and indicated. Due to the high variance, the instrument is suitable for use in a wide range of applications within industry. For mounting in control panels, the pressure gauges can, depending on the process connection, be fitted with a surface mounting flange or with a triangular profile ring and mounting bracket.
