WIKA 432.50, 433.50 Diaphragm pressure gauge
The model 432.50 diaphragm pressure gauge is manufactured in accordance with EN 837-3. The high-quality design is particularly suitable for applications in the chemical and petrochemical industry, oil and gas industry and power engineering. The case and wetted parts from stainless steel fulfil high requirements for resistance against aggressive media. For especially high resistance requirements, the pressure chamber of this diaphragm pressure gauge can be designed with a wide variety of special materials such as PTFE, tantalum or Hastelloy.
WIKA 113.53 Bourdon tube pressure gauge, copper alloy
WIKA manufactures and qualifies the pressure gauge in accordance with the standards EN 837-1 and ASME B40.100. As a safety function, this instrument has a blow-out device. In the event of a failure, overpressure can escape there. Due to the case filling, the pressure element and movement are efficiently damped. Therefore, these instruments are particularly suited to measuring locations with high dynamic loads, such as fast load cycles or vibrations. The cases of the model 113.53 are available in nominal sizes of 40 [1 ½"], 80 [3"] and 100 [4"] and fulfil IP65 ingress protection. With an accuracy of class 2.5, this pressure gauge is suitable for a wide range of applications in industry.
WIKA 732.31, 733.31, 732.51, 733.51 Differential pressure gauge
A high overload safety is achieved by the all-metal construction and the close-fitting design of the diaphragm measuring element. The use of high-quality stainless steel materials and the robust design are geared to applications in the chemical and process engineering industries. Thus the instrument is suitable for liquid and gaseous media, also in aggressive environments. The low-temperature version POLARgauge® allows operation with ambient temperatures down to -70 °C [-94 °F].
WIKA 732.14, 762.14 Differential pressure gauge
These differential pressure gauges are made of highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The wetted parts for these instruments are also available in special materials such as Monel or Hastelloy.
WIKA 736.51 Differential pressure gauge
The model 736.51 capsule pressure gauge is based upon the proven capsule measuring system and is suitable for very low pressures. On pressurisation, the expansion of the capsule element, proportional to the incident pressure, is transmitted to the movement and indicated. For the version with switch contact, magnetic snap-action contacts, reed switches, and electronic contacts are available. For triggering programmable logic controllers (PLC), electronic contacts and reed switches can be used.
WIKA 532.52, 532.53, 532.54 Absolute pressure gauge, stainless steel
Based on the diaphragm element measurement principle, extremely low scale ranges from 0 ... 25 mbar absolute pressure are available. These measuring instruments, made entirely of stainless steel, are suitable for gaseous, liquid and aggressive media. The instruments owe their high long-term stability and subsequent long service life to the special, extremely gas-tight material of the reference chamber. Thus, the required vacuum can be maintained in the reference chamber for a long time. A metal media chamber sealing also contributes to this.
WIKA 213.40 Bourdon tube pressure gauge, copper alloy
The liquid-filled model 213.40 Bourdon tube pressure gauge is constructed with a forged brass case and wetted parts from copper alloy. Scale ranges from 0 … 0.6 to 0 … 1,000 bar [0 ... 10 to 0 ... 15,000 psi]. Due to the case fill fluid, the measuring element and movement are efficiently damped. Therefore, these instruments are particularly suited to measuring locations with high dynamic loads, such as fast load cycles or vibrations.
WIKA PG21HD Bourdon tube pressure gauge, heavy-duty version
The model PG21HD Bourdon tube pressure gauge is suitable for measuring points with high demands on the measurement accuracy, reproducibility and long-term stability. A multitude of options enables users to adapt the instruments to their specific requirements. The model PG21HD pressure gauges are based on the proven Bourdon tube measuring system. On pressurisation, the deflection of the Bourdon tube, proportional to the incident pressure, is transmitted to the movement via a link and indicated. The model PG21HD meets the requirements of the international industry standard EN 837-1 for Bourdon tube pressure gauges.
