WIKA TC10-H Thermocouple
規格介紹:WIKA TC10-H Thermocouple
詳細介紹:
Thermocouples without thermowell are particularly suitable for those applications in which the metal sensor tip is mounted directly into bored holes (e.g. in machine components) or directly into the process for any application with no chemically aggressive media or abrasion.
The flexible part of the probe is a mineral-insulated cable (sheathed cable). It consists of a stainless steel outer sheath, which contains the insulated internal leads, embedded within a high-density ceramic compound and is also suitable for use at higher temperatures.
Features:
- • Sensor ranges from -40 ... +1,200 °C [-40 ... + 2,192 °F]
- • For insertion, screw-in with optional process connection
- • Connection head form B or JS
- • Explosion-protected versions are available for many approval types (see data sheet page 2)

WIKA TC10-L Thermocouple
Thermocouples in this series can be combined with a large number of thermowell designs. Use without a thermowell is not permitted. A wide variety of possible combinations of sensor, connection head, insertion length, neck length, connection to thermowell etc. are available for the thermometers; suitable for almost any thermowell dimension. Features: • Sensor ranges from -40 ... +1,200 °C [-40 ... +2,192 °F] • Measuring insert replaceable • For many thermowell designs
WIKA TC12-A Measuring insert for process thermocouple
The measuring inserts described here are intended for installation in model TC12-B or TC12-M process resistance thermometers (see figures at right). The measuring insert is made of flexible, mineral-insulated sheathed cable. The sensor is located in the tip of the measuring insert. Type of sensor, number of sensors and accuracy can each be selected to suit the respective application. Features: • Application ranges from 0 ... 1,200 °C [32 ... 2,192 °F] • Made of mineral-insulated sheathed cable • Explosion-protected versions
WIKA TC12-B, TC12-M Process thermocouple
Thermocouples in this series can be combined with a large number of thermowell designs. The replaceable, centrically spring-loaded measuring insert and its extended spring travel enable combination with the widest range of connection head designs. A wide variety of possible combinations of sensor, connection head, insertion length, neck length, connection to thermowell etc. are available for the thermometers; suitable for any thermowell dimension and any application. Features: • Application ranges from -40 ... +1,200 °C [-40 ... +2,192 °F] • For many variants of temperature transmitters including field transmitter • For mounting in all standard thermowell designs • Spring-loaded measuring insert (replaceable) • Explosion-protected versions
WIKA TC40 Cable thermocouple
Cable thermocouples are particularly suited to those applications in which the metallic sensor tip is mounted directly into bored holes (e.g. in machine components) or directly into the process for any application with no chemically aggressive media or abrasion. In the standard version the thermocouples are manufactured without process connections. Fastening elements such as threaded fittings, union nuts, etc. can also be used. Features: • Sensor ranges from -40 ... +1,200 °C [-40 ... 2,192 °F] • For insertion, screw-in with optional process connection • Cable from PVC, silicone, PTFE or glass fibre • High mechanical strength • Explosion-protected versions
WIKA TC46 Hot runner thermocouple
An extensive range of elements, transition sleeves and process connections can be individually selected for the appropriate application. With the flexibility and small diameters in which they are available, model TC46 thermocouples can be used in locations that are not easily accessible. Features: • Exclusion of potential faults during installation and operation in hot runner systems thanks to plasticencapsulated transition • The thermocouple can be installed without any fixing through bending or forming the sheathed cable or with a rotatable (if required, spring-loaded) union screw • Probe diameter 0.5 ... 3.0 mm [0.020 ... 0.118 in] • Kapton®, as the industry standard insulating material for connection cables
WIKA TC47-AB Adjustable bayonet thermocouple
The model TC47-AB bayonet thermocouple is used for temperature measurement in the range from 0 … 400 °C [32 … 752 °F]. It is particularly suitable for those applications in which the metal probe tip is mounted directly into bored holes, e.g. in machine components or directly into the process, for any application without chemically aggressive media or abrasion. The springadjustable bayonet cap ensures a constant contact pressure for the probe tip in the bore hole when the thermocouple is correctly installed. Features: • Application range up to 400 °C [752 °F] • Insertion length and contact pressure can be adjusted through sliding bayonet cap • Thermocouple cable standard with glass-fibre insulation and stainless steel braid • Thermocouple type J or K in accordance with IEC 60584 or ASTM E230 • Tip construction: Tubular design
WIKA TC50 Surface thermocouple
ProbeIn the variants for flat surfaces, the sensor is fitted within a contact block. This can be screwed or welded onto the vessel surface. Variants for pipes are secured using a tightening strap. CableThere are various insulating materials available to suit any particular environmental conditions. The cable end is made up, ready for connection, but can also be fitted with a plug or connected to a field case, as options. Features: • Sensor ranges -40 ... +1,200 °C [-40 ... +2,192 °F] • Easily exchanged, no thermowell necessary • For screw-fitting, welding or using a tightening strap • Cable from PVC, silicone, PTFE or glass fibre • Explosion-protected versions
WIKA TC52-M Magnetic surface thermocouple
The magnetic thermocouple is designed as a non-welded option for vessel wall temperature measurement. The circular magnet design incorporates an insulation barrier from radiant heat along with a sensor tip designed to maximise surface contact to ensure accurate temperature measurement. The neck extension can be manufactured to length based on insulation thickness. The spring-loaded neck extension ensures sensor contact with the vessel wall and allows for maintenance without the use of tools above the insulation/cladding of the vessel. Features: • Simplified maintenance and sensor removal without the use of specialised tools • Maximum surface contact tip design • High-temperature applications (up to 540 °C [1,000 °F])
