WIKA IV1 Needle valve and multiport needle valve
Needle valves and multiport needle valves separate the process from measuring instruments such as pressure gauges, switches or transmitters. By closing this valve the instrument can be safely dismounted for service work like recalibration or replacement. WIKA IV3, IV5 Valve manifold
The 3-valve manifold consists of two shut-off valves and one pressure equalising valve. The pressure equalising valve enables the compensation between ⊕ side and ⊖ side to avoid one-sided overpressure during commissioning and operation. The monoblock has been designed specifically to fit into the small space of control panel and valve battery installations. WIKA IBF1 Monoblock
The monoblock has been designed to meet the requirements of the process industry, especially for natural gas and aggressive media applications. Features: • The compact design integrates a shut-off valve to separate the process from the instrument side. • For applications with liquid or dirty media, ball valves are recommended due to easy cleaning of the straight-through internal bore. • The one-piece case minimises the number of leakage points and thereby reduces the risk of media escaping into the environment.
WIKA IVM Monoflange
The model IVM monoflange can withstand high overpressures. The valves are suitable for use in critical applications like refineries or steam generation systems.
