Thermocouples of this series are designed for screw-fitting directly into the process, mainly in vessels and pipelines. These thermometers are suitable for liquid and gaseous media under moderate mechanical load and normal chemical conditions.
Insertion length, process connection, protection tube design, connection head, type and number of sensors, accuracy and connection method can each be selected to suit the respective application.

WIKA TC10-C Threaded thermocouple
Thermocouples of this model series are designed for screw-fitting directly into the process, mainly in vessels and pipelines. These thermometers are suitable for liquid and gaseous media under moderate mechanical load and normal chemical load. The protection tube is fully welded and screwed into the connection head. The interchangeable measuring insert can be removed without taking out the complete probe from the plant. WIKA TC10-D Threaded thermocouple
Thermocouples of this series are used for the measurement of liquid and gaseous media at low and medium pressures. The thermocouple is screwed directly into the process. The electrical connection is made via connection terminals in the connection head (splash-proof). Thermocouples of this series are designed for fitting into vessels and pipelines. Standard flanges to DIN EN or ASME are available. These temperature sensors are suitable for liquid and gaseous media under moderate mechanical load. WIKA TC10-H Thermocouple
Thermocouples without thermowell are particularly suitable for those applications in which the metal sensor tip is mounted directly into bored holes (e.g. in machine components) or directly into the process for any application with no chemically aggressive media or abrasion. The flexible part of the probe is a mineral-insulated cable (sheathed cable). It consists of a stainless steel outer sheath, which contains the insulated internal leads, embedded within a high-density ceramic compound and is also suitable for use at higher temperatures. Thermocouples in this series can be combined with a large number of thermowell designs. Use without a thermowell is not permitted. WIKA TC12-A Measuring insert for process thermocouple
The measuring inserts described here are intended for installation in model TC12-B or TC12-M process resistance thermometers (see figures at right). The measuring insert is made of flexible, mineral-insulated sheathed cable. The sensor is located in the tip of the measuring insert. Type of sensor, number of sensors and accuracy can each be selected to suit the respective application. WIKA TC40 Cable thermocouple
Cable thermocouples are particularly suited to those applications in which the metallic sensor tip is mounted directly into bored holes (e.g. in machine components) or directly into the process for any application with no chemically aggressive media or abrasion. In the standard version the thermocouples are manufactured without process connections. Fastening elements such as threaded fittings, union nuts, etc. can also be used.
